Systems and processes for leaders who are stuck in the day-to-day
You don't need another tool, template, or productivity hack.
Most of the time it isn't a tool problem at all. It's that your organization was built to run through you - and that's structural, not personal.
I work alongside leaders of small organizations to implement the systems and processes behind the work, so the day-to-day stops routing through one person. Built around how you actually work, not how you're supposed to.
Packages start at $4,500/month. Most engagements run for 9+ months.
How We Work Together
Every organization is different, so this is the approach:
Understand how things are actually working right now
Design systems and processes that fit your size, culture and capacity
Implement them at a pace your team can sustain
We work outward in that order too - starting with what's sitting on you, then what your team and board share, then how the organization works with everyone outside it.
Services
These aren't three things to choose between. They're how one engagement tends to unfold.
Systems & Processes Audit
Where we start. A structured review of your current systems, processes, tools and information flow, so we both understand how things are really running.
Review of workflows, day-to-day admin and decision-making
Assessment of tools, documentation and information flow
Key bottlenecks, risks and capacity gaps
What's currently living in your head rather than anywhere else
Clear priorities and next steps
Everything is treated with strict confidentiality and care. And I won't judge what I find - every organization I've worked in, including my own, had a version of this.
Systems Design & Implementation
The bulk of the work. Hands-on support to build and roll out systems that hold the day-to-day without relying on you.
Streamlining day-to-day and administrative workflows
Clarifying roles, approvals and decision paths
Setting up or improving tools and integrations
Shared documentation and simple SOPs
Building it all around how your team actually works, so it gets used
Supporting the change with staff and board
This happens over time, so systems are built with your organization, not imposed on it.
Ongoing Support
What comes after. For leaders who want a steady partner as things change.
Regular check-ins and prioritization support
Troubleshooting as new needs come up
Adjusting systems as programs or capacity change
Support during growth, transitions or staff turnover
A steady presence so things don't pile up again
What This Is (and Isn’t)
This is:
Hands-on and practical
Built with your organization, not handed to it
Designed around how you actually work
Paced so your team can absorb it
This is not:
Coaching from the sidelines
A one-size-fits-all framework
Something that only works if you're a naturally organized person
Another tool you'll stop using by month three

Sort of - and honestly the label matters less than the work. "Fractional" just means senior help without a full-time hire. Some people hear it and picture a COO running the whole operation; what I actually do is build the systems and processes so the organization stops leaning on any one person to keep things moving. Call it whatever fits - the point is you get experienced, hands-on help, part-time, focused on making yourself a little less essential to the day-to-day.

It's a fair question. Bringing on junior staff often means more supervision before things get easier - and it's a long-term commitment when what you need might be shorter-term. Working with me on retainer gives you senior-level thinking and someone actually doing the work alongside you, without the overhead or the hiring risk.

Every engagement looks a little different, but it usually includes some mix of: reviewing how things currently run, designing better processes, choosing and setting up tools, tidying up documentation, and building systems your team and board can actually use. We don't try to do everything at once - we start with what's creating the most pressure and go from there.

This is steady, built-with-you work rather than a quick fix, so most engagements run several months. Packages start at $4,000/month plus HST. We'll talk through what makes sense for your situation on a discovery call - no commitment before then.

I want to be honest here: how quickly things shift depends on where you're starting, what we prioritize, and how engaged the team is - so I won't promise a specific outcome by a specific date. What I will say is that the goal is steady improvement and less pressure on you, and an organization that keeps running when you step away.

Most of my experience is in the nonprofit and charitable world, and it's where I feel most at home. That said, the core problem - an organization that runs through one person - shows up in small consultancies and firms too, and the work translates well. If you're not sure whether you're a fit, let's just talk it through.
You don’t have to figure this out alone
We’ll start with a conversation to see whether this kind of support makes sense for your organization.
No pressure and no jargon. Just a conversation about how your organization works and what might help - and I'll tell you what I think either way.
